Before I started Calm Collective OBM, I spent over 25 years working in serviceled businesses.
Not from behind a desk right in the middle of them.
I've managed teams, run operations, handled customers and kept things moving when there never seemed to be enough hours.
I've also run my own service business, so I know what it's like when you're the person holding everything together.
I also spent years working in customer operations in the gas distribution industry, which is where I got a solid understanding of how trades businesses actually function the jobs, the scheduling, the compliance requirements, the customer journey and the complaints that land on a Friday afternoon.

I know my Gas Safe records from my care plan renewals. I know what a diverter valve is and why a customer is ringing about it at 7pm. That background means I don't need educating on your world I can get to work on it.
